School of Music is een muziekschool en platform voor muziekdocenten. Wij zijn met een aantal eigen leslocaties gevestigd in de regio Rotterdam en daarnaast werken onze docenten vanuit huis en op zelfstandige leslocaties in heel Nederland. We zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde gitaardocenten die ons netwerk willen versterken. Ben jij gitaardocent en wil je meer cursisten voor je lespraktijk? Wij kunnen je aanwas van nieuwe cursisten een boost geven!
Marketing
We zijn goed zichtbaar online en brengen jouw direct in contact met potentiële studenten. Je kunt bij ons lesgeven vanuit je eigen huis of studio. Daarnaast kan je bij ons muziekles aanbieden via videoverbinding of bij de cursist aan huis. Ben je student aan het conservatorium en wil je lesgeven als bijbaan? Wij helpen je graag om in contact te komen met cursisten. We zoeken nog docenten in onder andere Amsterdam, Arnhem, Den Haag, Drachten, Enschede, Haarlem, Hilversum, Leiden, Maastricht en Tilburg. De leerlingen die we voor je werven zijn overwegend beginnende gitaristen en bestaan uit zowel kinderen als volwassenen. Als je met ons samenwerkt gaan we ervan uit dat je tenminste een dagdeel per week beschikbaar bent om les te geven.
Functie-eisen gitaardocent
Het belangrijkste is voor ons dat je een goede muziekdocent bent en daar ervaring mee hebt. Daarnaast is het ook belangrijk dat je muzikaal geschoold bent. Een afgeronde conservatoriumopleiding is niet verplicht, maar wel een pré. Je spreekt goed Nederlandse óf Engels. Als muziekdocent werk je zelfstandig en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor je eigen studenten. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je gezien wordt en jij zorgt voor een overtuigende profielpagina en goede afstemming met je leerlingen. De lesruimte waar je lesgeeft moet representatief zijn. Slaapkamers en studentenkamers komen daarom niet in aanmerking. Je kunt ook aan huis lesgeven of videoles aanbieden, hiervoor heb je geen eigen leslocatie nodig.

- Je kunt zelf je tarieven bepalen en hebt volledige zeggenschap over je inschrijvingen.
- Wij innen het lesgeld voor je en geven je een betalingsgarantie, je hoeft dus niet te wachten op betalingen.
- Je hebt geen omkijken naar het maken van afspraken, de proefles wordt door de cursist geboekt op basis van jouw beschikbaarheid.
- We bieden inschrijvingen op basis van een doorlopend abonnement of prepaid tegoed.
- Je persoonlijke gegevens worden afgeschermd. Je kunt berichten uitwisselen via onze site, je contactgegevens worden uitsluitend gedeeld na de proeflesboeking.
- We hebben algemene voorwaarden opgesteld om jouw belangen als docent te beschermen. Het voorkomt discussie als je hiernaar kunt verwijzen.
- Een vermelding op de site is gratis. Krijg je cursisten via ons, dan draag je van het lesgeld 18% af. Komen cursisten via jouw site of social media bij ons terecht? Dan rekenen we slechts 8% commissie.
- We houden van een persoonlijke benadering. Je krijgt een intakegesprek bij de start van de samenwerking en we geven je advies voor het opstellen van je profiel.

Vacancy guitar teacher
School of Music is a music school and platform for music teachers. We have our own teaching locations in the Rotterdam area and in addition our teachers work from home and at independent teaching locations throughout the Netherlands. We are looking for motivated guitar teachers who want to strengthen our network. Are you a guitar teacher and do you want more students for your teaching practice? We can give your growth of new students a boost! We are highly visible online and bring you directly in contact with potential students. You can teach with us from your own home or studio. You can also offer music lessons via a video link or at the student's home. Are you a student at the conservatory and would you like to teach as a part-time job? We are happy to help you get in touch with students. We are still looking for teachers in cities including Amsterdam, Arnhem, The Hague, Drachten, Enschede, Haarlem, Hilversum, Leiden, Maastricht and Tilburg. The students we recruit for you are mostly beginning guitarists and consist of both children and adults. If you work with us, we assume that you are available for teaching at least one half day per week.
Functional requirements guitar teacher
The most important thing for us is that you are a good music teacher and have experience with it. It is also important that you are musically trained. A completed conservatory education is not required, but is an advantage. You speak good Dutch or English. As a music teacher you work independently and you are the contact person for your own students. We will make sure that you are seen and you will ensure a convincing profile page and good communication with your students. The lesson room where you teach must be representative. Bedrooms and student rooms are therefore not eligible. You can also teach at home or offer video lessons, for which you do not need your own teaching location.
More convenient (but not required) if you:
- Have affinity with teaching children.
- Have an extra instrument to borrow during the trial lesson
- Offer multiple disciplines

- Your personal information is protected. You can exchange messages through our site, your contact information will only be shared after the trial lesson booking.
- We have drawn up general terms and conditions to protect your interests as a teacher. It prevents discussion if you can refer to them.
- A listing on the site is free. If you get students through us, you pay 18% of the tuition fee. Do students come to us through your site or social media? Then we only charge 8% commission.
- We like a personal approach. You get an intake interview at the start of the cooperation and we give you advice on how to set up your profile.
