Hi! Ik ben Robin (hij/hem), 28 jaar en geef muziekles in gitaar, piano en songwriting. Mijn persoonlijke muzikale ontwikkeling heeft altijd samengelopen met lesgeven. Vanaf mijn 15e gaf ik al les aan de kinderen van vrienden en kennissen en dit is door de jaren heen alleen maar meer geworden. Zelf speel ik piano vanaf mijn 8e en gitaar vanaf mijn 13e. Gitaar is vanaf dat punt altijd mijn hoofdinstrument geweest, ook toen ik aan de Rockacademy songwriting ging studeren. De muziek die ik zelf maak en produceer is elektronische hyperpop maar ik pas mijn lessen graag aan aan jouw muzieksmaak. Ik heb ervaring met het lesgeven aan alle leeftijden en niveaus.

I'm YingYing Su, a profesional pianist, composer and educator graduated both Classical piano and Jazz piano from the conservatory in Taiwan and from CODARTS Rotterdam conservatory, the Netherlands. For my own musical path, I started playing piano since I was 6 because my grandmother and mother are both playing piano (it is always really fun if someone at home can play piano! we would always sing together around the piano after dinner). Because it's so much fun, I started teaching my friends piano and chords while studying in high school already! That's why I have many years of teaching experience in private and group lessons, from children to adults, beginners to advanced players. I teach people who have never touched a piano before , along with young adults helping them to prepare for entrance exams in conservatory as well. Ik spreek een beetje nederlands, dus voor kinderen is het mogelijk om les in het nederlands te krijgen

Hello there! My name is Ana and I am a piano player from Buenos Aires, Argentina. After many years of private piano lessons, music schools and graduating and getting a diploma on piano performing from Escuela de Música Contemporánea (EMC) part of the Berklee International Network I decided to have the experience of studying abroad. This is how I ended up studying, and getting a bachelor, at the Rotterdam’s Conservatory CODARTS (University of the Arts) as a latin piano performer. As a colourful side note, I have also taken a couple years of singing and drums/percussion. I have played piano since I was 6 years old (so for 20 + years!) and, as I mentioned before, I have been through many types of learning, that is how I learned first hand that not every student learns the same and not every method of teaching works for everyone. I believe the classes should be first and foremost motivating to the student. For this the content has to be something that you as a student can relate to, and that it is useful for you! I have worked as a piano teacher for already ten years, taught at a kid’s orchestra, gave baby music lessons, accompany some choirs, perform live with my own projects and other’s projects, performed at circus’s shows… When I perform with my own projects I mainly play Latin American music and Latin Jazz. What I love the most about performing music is to connect different cultures, and hopefully this will make different people connect to each other. In other projects, and as a teacher, I have also played Jazz, funk, pop, some classical… a little of everything!.

Mijn muziek is uitgevoerd door ensembles, solisten en orkesten in Griekenland, Nederlands, Frankrijk, Spanje, Italië, België, en de Verenigde Staten.Daarnaast heb ik deelgenomen aan een aantal multidisciplinaire projecten en samengewerkt met dansers, filmregisseurs, acteurs, schilders en anderen. Naast componeren ben ik ook actief als pianist en toetsenist en heb ik deelgenomen aan verschillende muziekprojecten in Griekenland en Nederland. Lesgeven: Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat muziek een expressieve taal is die iedereen zou moeten kunnen leren en gebruiken om te communiceren. Mijn doel als muziekdocent is om u dichter bij deze prachtige wereld te brengen. I am Flery, a Greek pianist and a graduate of the Jazz/Pop department at the Utrecht Conservatory. I have been teaching piano and music theory/harmony for over eight years, with a more intensive focus during the past four years while living and studying in the Netherlands. I began playing piano at a very young age, starting with classical music and later transitioning to contemporary and jazz piano. I hold a degree in classical piano, music theory, and harmony, and I studied jazz piano for several years before moving to Utrecht to continue my studies, deepen my musical skills, and find new inspiration. I have been part of various rock and pop bands, ensembles, and was one of the hosts of a weekly jazz jam in my hometown of Thessaloniki. Currently, I am involved in several musical projects in Utrecht, including the jazz piano trio "Trio Tensegrity." I enjoy teaching adults just as much as I enjoy teaching children. Method-wise, I focus on each student’s individual needs and preferences, adapting the lessons according to their goals and skill levels—whether they are beginners or more advanced. My main goal is for my students to have fun while learning. I teach primarily in English, but I can also teach in basic Dutch.

Onze dochter van 14 zat eerst bij een andere docent, waar we merkten dat ze steeds minder gemotiveerd raakte, terwijl ze muziek als hoofdvak op school wil kiezen. Nu oefent ze weer uit zichzelf en heeft ze weer plezier in de lessen. Ze heeft het idee dat er echt naar haar ook geluisterd wordt en ze gestimuleerd en uit gedaagd wordt. Lessen in het Engels zijn voor haar geen probleem.

Seoie is an amazing, professional and experienced teacher. She was able to quickly connect with my 8 year old son. She has a calm, kind energy and possesses positive attitude. She follows a specific teaching method, which I find important. Also the teacher informs about his progress and occasionally shares videos of small performances during the lesson. My son really enjoys every lesson. He started as a complete beginner and now (a year later) is able to read sheet music and play with independent hand movement without looking at the keys. Great teacher, highly recommend!

Seoie is an amazing teacher. She teaches on a personal level, taking in the students wants and needs when it comes to playing the piano. Her piano knowledge and skill is on a really high level, and has the skill to explain and give exercises to any any level. Her gift for teaching comes from the passion she has for it.
