Hi! I am a musician (vocalist, trumpeter, composer) and a music educator. I am specialising mostly in using voice as a tool to express emotions and authenticity. I have been surrounded by music my whole life and nothing excited me more than improvising and writing my own songs to offer my personal take on the world. My music has been greatly influenced by listening, studying and playing jazz as well as many other genres which I am open to. I wish to share the joy of music and help my students achieve their goals and desires by carefully adjusting to their own personal way of learning. I will not tell how it is supposed to be, I will help them be themselves and enjoy it.

Therefore I went through a very long journey of trial and failure with many teachers for many years until I have finally felt comfortable and in control of my voice. I finally felt that I can do whatever I want with my voice. This whole learning has taught me so many things about voice, and most importantly it taught me that everybody can sing. At the same time I am a strong believer in authenticity and that there is no right or wrong, therefore my student can expect to have a lot of artistic freedom while getting my assistance on achieving the things THEY want. There are no requirements other than wishing to sing. It would be ideal if the student can bring one song for the trial lesson that they like to sing. Piano is one of the most important instruments to know for any musician, regardless of your instrument. To me piano has always been a great tool for practicing and composing. I can teach the basics of piano: scales, chords, pop songs, jazz improvisation, classical pieces, sight-reading.

Improvisation! This is something I love to do myself and teach others. Whether it’s jazz improvisation, free or just a more liberating approach on pop songs, I will gladly implement improvisation in our lessons if the student wishes. Besides improvisation, if wanted, I will teach everything about music theory.
