Hey ik ben Taras, momenteel geef ik les in het Engels, Duits of Oekraïens, maar ik kan redelijk goed Nederlands begrijpen en kan op een basisniveau communiceren omdat Duits mijn moedertaal is. Binnenkort zal ik ook beginnen met lesgeven in het Nederlands!

My name is Taras Berchtold I‘m a 22 year old professional panflute player. I play since I‘m 5 years old. Throughout my career I performed at various festivals throughout Switzerland, Belgium, Romania and the Czech Republic. I won the prestigious Esprit the Fanica Luca title as well as winning the only two of its kind to date competitions of the Panpipe Festival in Switzerland. Currently I‘m studying at the prestigious Conservatorium van Amsterdam for my Bachelor degree on the panflute. I‘m performing at various gigs and concert in Europe as well as teach my craft in private lessons and masterclasses at festivals.

Hello everyone! I’m Taras Berchtold a professional panflute player. I started playing the panflute when I was 5 years old. Ever since then I spent every day improving my skills and perfecting my craft. Throughout my career I had won numerous prices and was able to perform throughout Europe. I’m currently studying at the Conservatory van Amsterdam. I’m teaching private lessons as well as giving masterclasses at festivals. With my years of experience and my wide ranging love of music from folk music to classical to contemporary I’m willing to broaden your musical horizon and bring you a wide range of technique to help you becoming the musician you want to be!

I teach from beginners to advanced players. I will help you better understand the instrument and music in general as well as give you an understanding of music theory. My lessons will be tailored to your needs and aspirations for you to see the results you want.

I have been playing the piano for over 7 years and have played at multiple concerts and won competitions. I wan't to bring the piano closer to people that are starting out or already have some experience playing the instrument. I will be teaching you how to approach a piece, how to practice for yourself and give you valuable music theory background so you not only can play but also undertsand the music. I would love to help you achieve your piano goals and help to path the way to your musical journey!
