Sinds haar 16e schrijft Emma Galanaki liedjes en geeft ze liveshows in haar geboortestad Athene, Griekenland. Ze trad op Griekse TV-programma 'Rising Star' op 18-jarige leeftijd, evenals in het historische oude parlement van Griekenland en in jazzpodia (zoals jazzpoint Athene). Ze heeft een theater achtergrond van zeven jaar en is daarnaast een veelzijdige muzikant en zanger.  (for english, see below)

Emma begon haar studie Pop & Jazz aan ArtEZ Arnhem waar ze in 2022 afgestudeerde, met daarnaast een studiozanginstructeur en songwriterstage in Toronto, Canada. In hetzelfde jaar bracht ze haar soulgenre-EP 'Gravity' uit met een concert in Luxor Live, die online beschikbaar is op alle streamingplatforms. In 2024, haar collaboratie met Madlad, 'Mors', was ook uitgebracht (soul, pop, elementen met een soundtrack feel.) Ze studeert nu ook aan de HKU, in de masters of Music Design.

Emma geeft al zes jaar les in zang, muziektheorie en songwriting en veel van haar studenten volgen een hogere muziekopleiding en worden zelf muzikant.

Since she was 16 years old, Emma has been writing music and doing liveshows in her hometown of Athens, Greece. When she turned 18, she started out as a contestant of a Greek TV show- Rising Star, eventually performing at the historical old parliament of Greece, as well as in jazz venues (such as JazzPoint.) She also has a theatre background of seven years and is a well-rounded musician and singer. 

Emma started her studies in Jazz and Pop singing in Arnhem, NL, where she graduated from in 2022 with a studio-singing coach and songwriting internship in Toronto, Canada. In the same year she released her soul-genre EP 'Gravity'. In 2024, alongside MadLad(Athens) their EP 'Mors' was released, which has a soul,pop and soundtrack feel that they are very proud of. She now also follows a masters in Music Design in Utrecht (production, composition), with which she is enriching her technical and creative knowledge.

Emma has been teaching for six years, with a focus on singing, music theory and songwriting. A lot of her students move on to become professional musicians and follow music studies themselves. Her focus is on healthy singing (CVT, speech technique), having a balanced singing tone and a sustainable practice. She tailors the lessons to each student and has a great feel for what each student needs.
