Dario Virgillito

Born in Sicily in 1988, Dario started playing the piano at the age of six. He joined the conservatory when he was 10 years old and graduated cum laude both for Bachelor and Master in Classical piano performance.He has always been very passionate about Music Education and for this reason, he has specialized for three years in London in the Suzuki Method for piano (teaching children from 3 years old) and the Orff-Schulwerk approach in Rome. He is professionally teaching piano since 2009.In September 2017 he moved to Rotterdam to follow a course in Cuban and Brazilian music at Codarts and broaden his knowledge also in the field of improvisation.

Dario’s goal is to share his love for music with his students. He carefully observe and listen to each person characteristics and make sure to plan the music lessons according to the individual needs and inclinations.He’s specialized in teaching piano to very young children but he has always been teaching also teenagers and adults.He makes sure that the lessons are dynamic, with a high quality standard and that the right environment to enjoy the learning process is created.
